Ikanyeng Molemele has thrived in ICT and Financial Services becoming an IT and Change Management Consultant for some of the leading financial enterprises such as the European Bank of Reconstruction Development, Botswana National Development Bank and M&G Prudential.
She has also worked in some of the world's largest telecommunications companies: Vodafone, Ericsson, Huawei, Research In Motion (Blackberry), O2, 3 Hutchinson, Virgin Media, and British Telcom.
Ikey was also an IT consultant for the 2012 London Olympics (ATOS Origin) and with Cap Gemini.
Ikey currently consults for Abaricom (Botswana) where she leads the Service Management and Sustainability & Social Performance units.
The love of art and fashion has seen her curate in some of the renowned galleries in Europe promoting Botswana arts and artefacts. She also runs a ‘lounge wear’ business, Lubu Signatures.

Anna Marie, Producer & Executive Advisor, boasts a diverse career journey that began after graduating from the University of Arts London in 1992. Her professional trajectory includes over 15 years of service within the United Kingdom Civil Service, working with various governmental bodies such as the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in Tony Blair’s Government, Transport for London, and the Mayor of London's Cultural Department.
Transitioning to the private sector, Anna served as a business analyst at Barclays Wealth in Canary Wharf until 2009, when she embarked on a teaching stint in Brazil and Colombia. Upon her return in 2011, she co-founded an African luxury lifestyle magazine, operating for three successful years.
In 2014, Anna took on the role of Creative and Press Director for Africa Fashion Week London, leveraging her extensive event coordination experience and vast network within the African fashion industry. Renowned for her insights, Anna is frequently sought after for media interviews, including by the BBC, to discuss the growth and business aspects of African fashion.
Her dedication to fostering diversity and access within the design and creative industries led her to co-found the Ikenga Organization in 2021, focusing on supporting individuals from the African diaspora and non-traditional backgrounds.

Stephen Mogotsi is the founder of Heritage4iG and former director of the Botswana National Museum, plays a key role in the country's efforts to preserve and promote its history and heritage. Under his leadership, the Museum has been revamped and a flagship community museum project in Molepolole initiated, reflecting his commitment to revitalising the county's rich and diverse heritage for the benefit of the community.
He has coordinated several prominent public art projects in Botswana including the Three Chiefs and Ivory Elephant in Gaborone City, the Tropic of Capricorn and the Chobe Enclave landmarks, reflecting his commitment to biodiversity and cultural conservation.
Mogotsi is also actively involved in the visual arts; he is an artist and a curator in his own right. He is a co-founder of Thapong Visual Arts Centre. He has participated in several art workshops and exhibited locally and internationally.
